How to use
Before you begin — read this first
For coil incense to stay lit and burn completely, the fireproof mat must be used correctly. Skipping this step is the most common reason coils go out mid-burn.
1.Place the black mat inside the base
Lay the included black fireproof mat flat inside the burner base, black side facing up.
Hold a flame to the tip of your coil or cone for a few seconds until it catches, then gently blow out the flame.
Lay the lit coil flat onto the black surface, or stand the cone upright on it. The mat allows airflow underneath, keeping the burn going evenly.
Always burn within sight. Keep away from flammable materials and out of reach of children and pets.

Why does my coil keep going out?
This is almost always because the fireproof mat wasn't used, or was placed the wrong way up. Make sure the black mat is inside the base with the black side facing up before placing your coil. This allows air to circulate beneath the coil and keeps the burn going.
