How to burn
Always hold your bundle over a Smudge Bowl or heat-resistant dish to catch ash and embers safely.
Hold a flame to the tip for 10–20 seconds. The bundle may flare briefly — this is normal for dried botanicals.
Gently blow until the bundle smolders and produces smoke.
Press the lit end firmly into your Smudge Bowl until fully extinguished. The same bundle can be relit many times.
