Crafted using the traditional Kohiki (粉引) technique, its raw, stone-clay texture and natural glaze variations make every piece genuinely unique. The tripod base adds an artisanal vintage character that no two bowls share exactly.
What is Kohiki?
Kohiki (粉引) is a traditional Korean and Japanese ceramic technique where white slip glaze is applied over a dark clay body, then fired. The result is a surface with a raw, cloudy, stone-like texture — warm, matte, and deeply tactile. Because it is applied by hand over irregular clay, each piece has its own pattern of glaze movement and variation.
