About our products
Is your Palo Santo and Sage ethically sourced?
Yes — this matters a lot to us. Our Palo Santo is sustainably harvested from naturally fallen trees in Peru and Ecuador; no living trees are cut. Our White Sage comes from small farms that grow and harvest responsibly. We don't carry anything we can't trace.
Are your products 100% natural?
Yes. No synthetic fragrances, no artificial binders, no fillers. What you smell is the plant itself.
How do I use Palo Santo?
Hold the tip of your Palo Santo stick over a flame for about 30–60 seconds until it catches. Blow out the flame gently — the stick will glow and release smoke on its own. Walk it through your space, let the smoke settle where you want it, then rest it on a heatproof dish. It will extinguish naturally. For more detailed rituals, visit our Aroma Guide.
How long does a Palo Santo stick last?
A single stick can be relit many times. Most people get 20–40 uses from one stick before it burns down completely.
Can I use your products indoors?
Yes. We recommend opening a window slightly to let air circulate — both for the experience and to keep smoke from building up. People with respiratory sensitivities should use products in well-ventilated spaces.

How long does delivery take?
Singapore orders are dispatched within 2 business days and arrive the next day. International orders are dispatched within 2 business days and typically arrive within 7–14 days, depending on your location and local customs.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free shipping within Singapore on orders SGD 30 and above. Free international shipping on orders SGD 200 and above.
Will I be charged import duties or customs fees?
Possibly, depending on your country. We ship internationally on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis, which means any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. Most orders fall below the customs duty threshold in major markets — but if you're unsure, it's worth checking with your local customs office before ordering. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship to Singapore and 27 countries worldwide, including Australia, the UK, the US, Japan, and most of Europe. If your country isn't listed at checkout, feel free to contact us and we'll see what we can do.
Returns & refunds
Can I return a product?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original packaging. Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. See our full Refund & Return Policy.
My order arrived damaged — what do I do?
We're sorry to hear that. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or refund right away.
