30-Day Return Window

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unopened and unused, in its original packaging. Due to the nature of our products (incense, Palo Santo, and botanical items), we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.

To start a return, contact us at info@aetherflow.sg. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. As above, the item must be unopened and in its original condition. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@aetherflow.sg.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at info@aetherflow.sg with photos so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have (if eligible), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Return Shipping

For customers outside Singapore, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
