Ways to use it
Diffuser
3–5 drops per 100ml of water, or 15–20 drops in the Siphon Nebulizer, at your desk during focused work.
Lava Stone
Drop 3–5 drops directly onto lava stones for passive fragrance on a desk.
Inhalation
Place 1 drop on a tissue or your palms, cup over your nose, and breathe deeply before a task that needs focus.
Bath
Add 5–8 drops to bath salts before adding to warm bathwater for a sharp, energizing soak — better suited to a morning reset than bedtime.

Is peppermint oil safe to diffuse around pets?
Peppermint can be irritating to some pets, especially cats. Diffuse in a well-ventilated room and let pets leave if needed; consult a vet if you have specific concerns.
Will the scent linger after I turn the diffuser off?
Lemon and peppermint are bright, fast-evaporating top notes, so the sharpest lift fades within 30–45 minutes; rosemary and cedarwood keep a lighter herbaceous-woody trace in the room a while longer. For an all-day effect in a workspace, shorter, more frequent diffusing sessions work better than one long one.
