White sage softened with dried lavender — the clearing smoke of sage with a calming, floral undertone. The combination is particularly effective for bedrooms, meditation spaces, or any environment where you want to clear energy and immediately replace it with calm.

What it's used for: an evening or bedtime smoke cleanse to clear the day's energy, prepping a space before meditation, everyday crystal cleansing, and — once you cut the string and burn it loose — a longer, continuous burn similar to dry-burning loose herbs.

How to use

• Burn it — Hold over a fireproof bowl at a slight downward angle. Light the tip and hold the flame for about 20–30 seconds until you see a red ember, then keep the flame on it for another 10 seconds before blowing out — pulling away too soon is the most common reason a bundle won't stay lit. The lavender adds a brief floral sweetness before the fuller sage smoke takes over. Fully lit, one light gives you around 2–3 minutes of steady smoke. A little black smoke right after blowing out is normal and clears in a second or two.
• Loosen it for a longer burn — Cut the string and let the leaves fall open in your fireproof bowl, then light loosely: with more surface area exposed, it can burn continuously for about 5 minutes instead of needing to be relit.
• Relight as needed — The same bundle can be relit many times — you don't need to burn through it all in one sitting. Press the lit end into a bowl to extinguish safely, then store and relight later.
• Before sleep — Use in the bedroom in the evening to clear the day's energy and set a restful atmosphere.
• Meditation — Burn before a meditation session to create a calm, focused environment.
