Ways to use it
Diffuser
3–5 drops per 100ml of water in a standard water diffuser, or 15–20 drops in the Siphon Nebulizer, as part of a bedtime wind-down.
Lava Stone
Drop 3–5 drops directly onto lava stones for passive fragrance on a nightstand — a soft, all-night release.
Inhalation
Place 1 drop on a tissue or your palms, cup over your nose, and breathe deeply before bed.
Bath
Add 5–8 drops to bath salts before adding to warm bathwater as part of a wind-down soak — mix with salts or a dispersant first since oil floats on water.

Is this a synthetic "sleep" fragrance oil?
No. Each component is a real, individually extracted essential oil, blended together — not a single lab-formulated scent designed to smell like sleep aromatherapy.
Why does the scent change through the evening?
Bitter orange and lavender are the first notes you'll notice, lifting within minutes of diffusing; hinoki cypress builds underneath and becomes more noticeable after 20–30 minutes, giving the blend a calming, woody finish as the evening goes on.
